I already have a ticket on this (Ticket#35151258) which was sent on Nov 18th. I have had no other feedback from Bigpoint as to what happened. I am the guild leader for S7S and somehow the links to the guild for myself and another member (-*Shogun*-) have been lost. Another member (who is not counsel) can still see us as members of the guild but when I log into the Guild page or play it shows me as unguilded. How do we reestablish the link? Please respond as soon as possible, its been almost 1 week since this problem was reported. Also, do I need to have the other member affected log-in to post the problem or can both be fixed from this post?

There is no need to have an email ticket as well as a posting active.
As such you will receive your answer via email.

My apologies for email and post however I did add a second part to the original question posed about fixing for the 2 affected members and needed to update the original request.
Secondly it is now 1 week since the original request for a fix was in and I have yet (other than being told not to post this here as well) received a response. This delay is causing the guild coffers to remain lower than expected as they are going to be used to purchase items in the bazaar. Without a guild leader or counsel in place they cannot be accessed.
Also, this guild is set up as a "feeder" guild for a much larger group which was in a major war on the weekend. The ability to easily add another potential 50 ships to one side could have a major impact on the outcome. This ID is the only guild member with admin rights and has been rendered totally ineffective due to this error.

You did receive a reply via email about that, by posting here as well you simply delay the response to the emails and only one form of contact will be answered.
As the first form was email that is how it will be dealt with.
