yesterday i changed my personal information from sas_irondog32 to SAS_irondog32(VvV) now today it wouldnt open anything at first, now it opens seafight, but it has reset my account back to level 1....i had over 4 million gold-5,000 pearls-over 200,000 hitpoints-light of tortuga-300 elite pirates...etc...I need this fixed As soon as possible. ty

i dont know my id number because i cant login to the account that i had...sry

when posting in the forum, please put your user id, you can find out your user id from one of your friends that you have p mailed

if you have there msn you could do it that way, i have just asked some members on VvV alliance and no one has your id mate

can a moderator plz look in the unban request from somewhere around 2 weeks ago....my id# should be in there...it will be under sas_irondog32....ty

tell them the user name im sure they can find it that way... then they will ask you to provide some details to make sure you are the true owner

Please do not send people to support mail when they have a posting at the board there is no need for that unless they are requested by myself.

All that does achive is a double support issue which creates more work which delays the answer of those genuine problems.

I have just located your account and you have simply got your UserName wrong, that is: irondog32(VvV)

All the other details are the same as before.
