yes there is a big need of a chat mod in the global american server the language seems to be getting worse i am thinking that may need to no longer allow my kid to play this if it continues ihope this does not fall upon deaf ears

We are constantly expanding our Team so that we can cover the chats 24/7 as you know we do have a large varity of chats to cover as such our team is currently not large enough to fit that.

We do hope that we will have this problem solved.
