CHAT Problems

Hey BP,

I have sent in several support emails in regards to Chat. Do you know when chat is going to be fixed? I continuously lose chat connection in both internet explorer 9 and google chrome. Not sure how many others continue to lose chat, but I know if I am not actively talking, I lose the chat connection. Here are several copy and paste from the server on chat.

This was from today (10 Mar 12 at 7:48)
System: The connection to the server was lost. chatVersion:2.3.1
System: Re-connecting in 22 seconds ...

This was from today (10 Mar 12 at 8:03)
System: The connection to the server was lost. chatVersion:2.3.1
System: Re-connecting in 19 seconds ...

This was from today (10 Mar 12 at 8:08)
System: The connection to the server was lost. chatVersion:2.3.1
System: Re-connecting in 10 seconds ...

So as you can see in a matter of 20 mins, I lost connect 3 times that I know of. Can you please let me know when you will have chat fixed.
