Hi,
Today I was playing, enjoying my BP, SF experience after getting a sea chart problem sorted out by customer care: Great simple advice and super quick.
However, while taking my lvl 7 pirate test I got the message.... u have been banned :confused:. I was grouped with 1 other member of my guild who was helping speed it up, then all chat boxes froze and I could not enter any txt in it.
This led my friend to belive I was ignoring him and I was left to do my test on my own.
I purhased 40k pearls to get harpoons to complete the test and I only had 10 Glaciadors left to kill with something like 30minutes left on the test. Then I realised that each one I was killing did not count but the timer was still going down.
Fed up I logged off with 9mins left on the clock and quest more than complete and am here to find out whats happened?
Please tell me why I was banned, I know it is only 1 Day but I have spent real £'s on ammo to complete the final 10 glaciadons, not counting the ammo used to kill the 40 odd enemies b4 that.
I would not appreciate being stuck in a situation where I have to repeat the lvl 7 P.Test due to some tech. difficulties etc and have to buy more just to complete it.
Am a new but dedicated player as u may be able to tell on the amount I have spent on the game already and would very much like your help in this matter, thanks.
