Players Vs. Admins/Mods in USA Server

I loved the idea of fighting Mods/Admins ships and as Terrorise said he wont consider bringing the mod/admins to battle with the USA server because we have had too many problems. So Everyone who would like to see the Mods/Admin ships fight against the USA server please do vote here and leave a message so Terrorise knows that we are all wanting in on the action :D

Also, just as fyi, The mods/Admin ships will have a little more HP and firepower than a regular ship BUT it wont be a HUGE difference so we know we can beat them ;)

lol Well they did this on the UK servers, so it will happen as long as we get some support here (about 100 people voting should work). Like Terrorise said in the other thread, if we have a few people asking for them to come and play, they will seriously consider it :D

Seems a shame to exclude the usa server when its not even the players faults???
Maybe if seafight sorted the server out so there was no problems they could easily do this
If you do something special on one server it should be done on all servers.I like to see fairness for all and no special treatment/exceptions

Perhaps you should read the thread that started this poll, in which case you will see that it is not a decision to exclude the server due to the server problems but because of the way the players complain.

As well as this is one of many of your postings which do "put down" Seafight further more and i will be taking action on that. If you have nothing nice to say at these boards then do not participate at them.

I am not going to put on a special event for the players to have over a thousand complaints of people getting sunk which there was complaints on the Uk server as players did not like getting sunk.

Yeah! Please make it happen on US server, Terrorise :). Like edawesome said most pirates at US server already knew well of ffa and i also agreed there is no problem and can be done. But don't just put in 1 map for ffa; maybe it could level 6 maps are mod's ffa :D!

I really do NOT feel that was a negative post from ghost raider. Maybe he was selling the idea of Players Vs. Admins/Mods too hard. I appreciate that it is important to keep a positive spin in the forum and understand that negative comments can cast a negative light on a game that most players find so much fun. The mod vs players event on the UK server did bring a lot of good will between the players and mods. Thank you for doing this on the UK server.

Well I personally believe that this event is not a bad idea at all. I have talked with quite a few players and asked them their opinions and so far no one said anything negative about it. The only thing they said was that Mods wouldn't come on US server because they have no chance of winning :P

I really hope this event happens, (prove us wrong:)) so the server can unite to fight a common enemy (atleast during the event).

Admins and Mods will have special ships that have a little more HP and firepower than our regular elite ship.

The Mods/Admins will actually be playing with us. It's like a war between the USA Server and Mods/Admin ships :D

Leave it to a bunch of scurvy pirates....let me be a little more eloquent here. I think that it would be an honor to host the mod/admin ship on a regular basis. Not saying every day, or at regular intervals, but I feel that the USA server is sorely lacking the challenge, as well as rewards, that these ships bring. I myself have done my fair share of sinking enemy ships, and would love the additional challenge. Please allow the mod ships to sail on the USA server. We would all be eternally grateful.

Well to state that players complain to much is a real problem. With a huge investment in this game I would appreciate the same consideration the other maps get. Over $800 dollars I should have the same chances and abilities the other maps get. The server problems here have been more than I would imagine however you have cleared them up in a timely manner. the last event was so much fun and everyone really enjoyed it. don't allow a few to ruin it for us all. That is just not fair, every event has its issues and we will deal with them as always. It sounds like you all are as petty as the players complaining whats up with that, this is a business even though its a game. Keep your customers happy and you will be successful, if not you will fail!!

Good morning and with all due respect please, the answer that compliants cause no events in this venue is the worst excuse ever. Please note it is a game with 10 million users, there are going to be complaints if you gave out free pearls by the millions, so what, it is the nature of the business your in. To exclude a server in anyway discriminates against those that only play on that server. The board mods for the most part do a good job however you must understand that 99 percent of the questions you make up the answers for because there is no where that is a complete standard of game mechanics to go by. Most of the compliants i see are a lack of understanding how the game works. Mods do us a favor and be a little more tolerant of the complaints and allow us to all have fun in the same ways. The events I have seen on the US server where a complete blast and everyone had great fun, thats what this game is here for, not to be run in the ground by disgruntled mods that are tired of compliants.:cool:

As well as this is one of many of your postings which do "put down" Seafight further more and i will be taking action on that. If you have nothing nice to say at these boards then do not participate at them.

I am not going to put on a special event for the players to have over a thousand complaints of people getting sunk which there was complaints on the Uk server as players did not like getting sunk.

You could maybe stay in the higher maps. I don't mean too exclusive like 11,12, or 13, but maybe 8 maps and higher. Besides, you can't always cater to the whiners. If they don't want to get sunk, don't attack the mod ship. Also, you could place an announcement on the home page for when people log in and make the blip on the map purple or green, some distinct color. Put on the announcement to stay away if you don't want to get sunk. Let the players take their own chances.

I do not currently have the time to do such a thing, maybe in two - three weeks time yes.. But as i am sure you have seen i have way too much work at the moment to plan and implement such an event.

Not only that but the moderator ships will be built by myself and yes i am not going to tell you what sort of stats they have but do not think we will take such things lightly. judging by the people whom have voted on here, and what i have seen at the chats, i guess there will be around 300 ships v 20 in which case you can guarentee those 20 ships can take on at least 200 to give you a fighting chance haha.

You really think you will be fighting 20 normal ships, you have no idea my ships alone can take on your entire server i have done that before so carefull what you wish for you may just get a day of been sunk by the mods without no chance to win at all :p

LoL I can see it now, mod ship stats, 34 million Hp taking off 6k per volley, but their country upgraded their cannons to shoot 300 volleys per minute, their boats aren't wind powered anymore (thinking nuclear powered) and go 60 knots... plus the caps (if there are any) read "This boat has 0 gold so cannot be capped"

Anyway, sounds like great fun and I really hope I am not working that day!

I might even put off capping others for the day.. but that may be asking too much...

Therefore a competition such as this at the Us server is not feesable.

First of all learn some respect Yeah its goes along way. Maybe if people didn't complain so much this event would of happend? And i can assure you seafight do everything in there power to make there customer happy. But there only so much seafight can do for free, These event's cost money, Money to which servers could be upgraded to make our gametime better.. Or new ships for our enjoyment. We should be happy with what we are getting and not to be greedy in the matter. I'll stick up for you terrorise =D

Back in the day of global... I Took admin ship Mafuba on... He had a newbie free ship with a few cannons and he still managed to sink me in 3 shots lol and his speed as well its phenominal he could lap me as im goin down a map. His shooting speed also was good was dealing 15-20k damage per shot every like 2 seconds lol. Good old memory though mafuba.

Yes i could simply organise something like that every couple of months however you fail to realise as to how much work was put into organising the last event. It was not just a case of getting the Moderators togeather but counting up all of the sinks. Organising prizes making sure that the Moderator Ships are setup and working correctly that does take alot of time that i do simple not have spare.

Maybe when i do have more spare time i will organise an event like this again, but that will never happen on Global simply because there is tooo many languages on there to deal with that would just be too much to cope with not to mention the amount of complaints from the other languages and for every supporter to get involved that would be too much man power that is wasted on such an event when we do have many more things to be doing.

As well as this is one of many of your postings which do "put down" Seafight further more and i will be taking action on that. If you have nothing nice to say at these boards then do not participate at them.

I am not going to put on a special event for the players to have over a thousand complaints of people getting sunk which there was complaints on the Uk server as players did not like getting sunk.

Oh so you are biased....Maybe you should just do your job which DOES NOT include replying to complaints. You are going to punish several thousand players because of a few who complain constantly. Do you treat your kids that way..if one does something wrong you punish them both? I don't think so...If you don't like the way we complain...quit or pull the game servers.

and i do know my facts trust me i know there is more players on UK + USA than global .. emphasise the +++++ meaning added together we now have on a ts when fighting we have battles of over 100ships easy .. we could get many many more if it was organised dont worry this is just UK server .. i dont know the USA server well .. but global is just bigged up too much and need to get a grip because soon the ''sub-servers'' will be more than ur beloved global ..

Actually your looking at around 50 Moderators, Lets not forget that our Ships would be far more advanced than your Full Pearls, even with the addition of the Decks.

Which brings another point, your Decks would get damaged during the Battles quite possible destroyed due to so many sinkings.

Could you honestly imagine 50 Moderators all armed with enough fire power to take on the Entire Server?

Lets not forget that many of those Moderators you would lose from your Guilds, Alliances etc.

Erm i think you looked at it wrong, the mods sunk 2350 players. The players Sunk the MODs 83 times then i did 4 of those sinks for them ;)
