when im in game all my icons like the ammo icon ect has dissapeared and its a blank bar 1-0 and i cant put icons back, help?

Can you see both toolbars on your screen, or just the one empty one?

Try these steps,
Go to Options=>Display=>ViewPort size 800x600
Go to properties from your desktop =>Settings=>Screen Resolution 1152x864(now the screen will be smaller)
After you done this you can see your toolbar on seafight, go again to Options=>Display=Start Configurator and put toolbar on your ship
Go again on your desktop and put the resolution back to how it was
Now you should have your toolbar on your ship and from here you can put it where you want.
