Hi There,

We do have a chat forum for all items related to the chat, this is the Technical Questions area.

Although we do try and cover the chats as often as we can, however you do have to remember that our mods/admins do have lives as well. We are currently looking at expanding the team so that we are able to cover 24/7 but this does take sometime.
