mix up with cm

hi my game names are _I_*_LOVE_*_MODS_, seafightboy2nd and seafightboy3rd, i play on the English server. i started to have fun on chat today and got banned for insulting a player so i went on seafightboy2nd and called the cm rude so i got banned again and warned that my main boat will be banned off the game if i got one more chat ban. unfortunately i did not listen and went on seafightboy3rd and flooded chat with the word ban and got an indefinite chat ban. my dad has 2 ships that goes by the name of madsid and he got his chat banned for having a laugh with the cm about it and his account got banned for 7 days. can it pls be corrected and the right ship banned.
