I have just checked and you do have all premium bonus already:

5% Discount at the bazaar - Already deducted from prices Normal Pearl Balls cost 50 Pearls 5% Discount = 48 Pearls.

Fast logout from the seachart - Normal logout = 30 seconds Premium = 10 Seconds

Quicker Repair Times - Normal = 2 Minutes Premium = 1 Minute

Free Repair - Normal = 1000 Pearls Premium = Free

The 33% Discount is when you buy $99 worth of pearls of which you get 330000 Pearls normal mounts = $10 for 30000 Pearls x 10 = 300000 Pearls for $100 But you are getting 330000 Pearls for $99 That is an extra 33% :p

then i wont get pcannons for 5250 instead of 7250 because it was charging me 7250 instead of that price of 5250 what do i need to do to get that dicount price

That price is the discount package of which currently is only available to german players, Because it is hard to find payment partners in other countrys that will meet our needs in order to bring this to you as well.

I am sorry but you are receiving what you did sign up for.
