I am currently a premium member. I will be until the 18th. I have been buying items at the Bazaar that are suppose to be at a pearl discounted price, but it continues to charge me the full amount. It has been doing this with all of my P-ball purchases and my recent purchase of 10 Elite Cannons. Please help me to get my pearls back that I have lost because of the error when buying these items.

This is a 5 - 8 digit number that can be found on your homepage rotating with your jackpot amount or in your welcome email.

Hi There,

I have just checked this for your, I can see that the Premium discount has been applied to your Bazaar Items.

As you can see:

Pearl Cannon Original Cost = 7500 Pearls Discount Applied = 7125 Pearls
Pearl Balls Original Cost = 50 Pearls Discount Applied = 48 Pearls.

The discount is always automatcially deducted from the price shown so you do always see the discount price rather than the original price.

I am sorry the Discount Package is currently only available to German Players. We are working on making this available to all but this will take time to find suitable payment partners within each country.

That is the price I thought I was going to be getting it for. That is why I was upset, that is a huge difference. I hope you can get that available here in the US ASAP. Any ETA.

I am sorry we cannot provide an ETA on that,

But we are trying and working our best to be able to provide that package as quick as possible to all countrys asap.
