User name issues

For some reason every time i try to change me username it tells me to look for the link in my email. Everytime I look in my email address it never appears...EVER.What do i do. I hope someone can help me.

Is that the only email addy you have? May be going to a different one.

I also suggest to turn your spam filter off.

Double check your spam/junk box then confirm your e.mail address you set your account up with is still the same one your using now, if that does not work send a quick e.mail to support

Ahoy Pirate,
Everytime you change your ship name an emial will be sent to you to confirm that you wish to change your name. This is done to protect your ship from being stolen.
Sometimes when this email is sent to you it will sometimes end up in your email spam folder. (Happens to me all the time;))
I would suggest that you check there. You will probably find the email you're looking for.

i dont know where my junk box is

When you go into your email it should show on the side somewhere Inbox, then Drafts, then Sent, then Spam. Look into that Spam folder and the email should be there. Hope your find it m8.:)
