FYI I am reporting your over reative chat filter to the FAA say good bye to your hosting rights/hefty fines. If you do not follow thier suggestive fixes. As for chat bans when you accept cash for a flash game you have a very thin line on what you can and can't do. Thanks for the wonderful screenshot of using the word "wanker" and baning out of chat. Now you can say hello to the FAA Research team. On another note acepting cash for a flash game your joking right you know how many violations 1 bug can cause. That in itself is enough to change people's minds about hosting flash games and accepting cash. If you want to make money from a game get rid of the flash and put some real effort in to it.

I think you are sadly mistaken, the FAA? excuse me but who are they? A Flash Game hosted? you cannot be serious right? You do realise that we are not little company running a few flash games from our website using other peoples servers?

You do realise that we own the majority of the Games, they all sit on our own servers and we are governed by German Laws?

You do realise that Seafight is one of the Biggest online Games in the world, it is not a little Flash Game.

I do strongly suggest that you do your homework before you make such postings at the board, as that does simply make you look bad.

You will also find that the Chat in no way or form is mentioned in the T&Cs you do not pay for the Chat, that is a privalage you break that privalage you lose that chat.

You pay for Game Items as such you receive the Game Items, please if you are going to try and threaten us at least get your facts correct.

Eitherway, exsisting or not, its not fair for people to get banned or muted for no reason. Being banned/muted for something racial is ok, but being banned/muted for something like calling someone cheap, is not. Seriously, I'm playing right now and I'm beside a guy named "SMACK-YOU-BUTT" Seriously? You'll allow him to name himself that, BUT i'm not allowed to say loser in chat? Unfortunatly for you.. Seafight may be a big German game, but games like Runescape, Neopets, Club Penguin, are all bigger than Seafight. I don't even know the name of the company that produced Seafight. For all I know, and I'm not saying its true, but you could be a little guy sitting in a high-chair in your mom's basement, getting the money from paypal to her bank account. But like i said, thats 'Probally' not true. anyways, fix some of the stuff, and we won't have to be going over this.

I recomend you do the following things befor ever speaking again. 1.) Read the Licensed Agreement "you" signed to host a U.S. server. 2.) Look up dictionary.(obviously you are lacking the mental capasity to host a web site) 3.) (most importantly) Pull your high and mighty head out of that anal cavity of yours and follow the law. 4.) Have fun in court I just got a reply back from them and they have found numerous violations. good luck you'll need it.
So like I said befor I don't issue theats I tell you what I am gonna do to make sure there is no confussion. I prolly won't be seeing you guys around much longer. Learn the law befor you try to sound smart.

Let's just put it this way in global size sea fight is 1/1millionth the size of dark orbit. but if you are tring to count all the under educated manufactured games you have then adding them all to gether and your still not even in the top 1,000. Sorry to hit you with a reality check, But your just a (for lack of better words) drunken company tring to make it in the "Big internet World" that should of took a lil more time to complete grade school befor hosting.

and just to be a pain ine these hobo's anal cavity the way around the chat filter is by (edit) in the word to break it up. That's how you can get arond the filtering system. All online games have that door way.

There is no need to post ways around the chat filter because there are still live moderators online that will ban you and ban you longer for going around the chat filter. You have also insulted bigpoint staff once again and will receive a ban from the forumn for this.

Seafight is Bigger than Darkorbit, we know because we own them both :rolleyes: we do not use Hosted Servers, we OWN the servers.

You will find that Seafight is owned by Bigpoint GmbH, that is a German Company, upon registration you agree that you are goverend by our T&Cs, that alone is Goverend the German Civil Law, you AGREED to that, Secondly that is a Legally Binding Document.

Bigpoint is also one of the Biggest Browser Game Portals in the world.

Google it, it is your friend.
