I think i have the same problem, i have logged in using my user name and password but i just have the main page that states Rising Cities nothing else

Please clear browser cache, flash cache and do a flash plugin update. after that try to log in the game again.

If your trying to connect Via facebook sometimes i have to connect by going to Bigpoint.com then select the game and use the "connect " button.
