The event doubles all PVE XP gained.

From February 17th 2013 00:00:00 until 23:59:59, earning’ XP will be like shooting’ fish in a barrel. Each time ye sink an enemy ship, ye earn twice the experience points. And that can mean but only one thing… that higher levels be within yer grasp, pirate!

From 03.03.2013 at 00:00:00 , until 23:59:59, earnin’ XP will be like shootin’ fish in a barrel. Each time ye sink an enemy ship, ye earn twice the experience points. And that can mean but only one thing… that higher levels be within yer grasp, pirate!
