Default A full-fledged good time during the full moon event!

A full-fledged good time during the full moon event!

Once again, there will be a heaping helping of fun and action with every full moon. During this full moon, the auction house will be launched but, in the future, the events will be much more action-packed.

On our Full Moon Event map, for instance, be prepared to face strong-as-ox monsters and rousing battles! And although a hearty battle at sea is reward enough for any self-respecting pirate, you’ll also have special items coming your way, like the exclusive event harpoons.

When you have time, familiarize yourself with the lunar calendar on your personal Pirate Storm site.

Of course, recurring events usually have a fascinating background that explains how it became the exceptional event that it is. Und den könnt Ihr nun hier lesen:

The Legacy of the Eisenkiel

Centuries ago, a group of Druids kept close watch on the sea. They would perform a ritual under every full moon that was meant to appease the Queen of the Sea, the immense sea serpent Hydrophis. When the powers of the moon and the Druids‘ incantations united, the creatures from the deepest depths of the sea were lured to the surface of the water and were offered up as their Queen’s sacrifice. Spared her wrath, Hydrophis granted mankind safe passage across the seas. During this ritual, the Druids used a crystal called Everglimmer that commanded terrific mythical powers.

A greedy pirate named Flint Eisenkiel heard tell of this crystal and sought to make it his own. Therefore, he decided to steal Everglimmer from the Druids while they performed the full moon ritual. The consequences of this cursed deed could not only be deadly for him but for the Druids, as well. So displeased was Hydrophis with the meddling pirate and the incompetent Druids that she killed and put a curse on the heads of all of them. They were damned to be the audience of their own weaknesses for the rest of time.

Since then, at every full moon a spectral ship containing the soul of Flint Eisenkell sails towards to the island where some of the Druids held their rituals. Like their ancestors before them, the druids perform their ritual calling the wrathful sea goddess to the surface of the water, but the loss of the Everglimmer only fans the flame of her anger. And so it came to pass that to this day, sailors avoid setting sail when the moon is full.
