It sounds like you may have been banned. Please post in the Unban Request Thread, and remember to include your user ID.
Also, try closing and reopening the chat box. Sometimes the chat doesn't immediately connect.
I also think I was banned, but I don't type anything in the chat box. If I was banned, I would like to know why so I can fix the problem. No disrespect, but I believe this was a mistake. I will post in the unban thread, but I will not give any more money to this site until this is explained. Thank you for your quick reply.

You can find out why you were banned and argue against it by Contacting Support through the new customercare form .
