Loyalty Package

Hi I bought a loyalty package yesterday, it had 300 bbs and some other stuff like the machinery etc, I haven't received the machinery (I bought the harvester and seeder because I couldn't wait, really need to finish this event) or the bbs. I bought this along with the ep power pack. Wanna know what can be done.

Also nothernlights, could you tell me what I got in the package please? I know I did not get the bbs or the machinery, not sure of the other items. Will wait thank you.

You bought 2 different packages yesterday. One was package 1a, which has 150 bb, 1 week premium, 20 powerfeed, 50 supergrow.

The other shows no info, thinking that may have been the ep pkg.

Please post back any other info you may have that may help us if this isn't what you are looking for.

I have 3 confirmation receipts in my email account, 2 ep power package purchase (I bought 1) and my loyalty package for purchasing 300bbs. When I bought the loyalty an error message came up. For purchasing bb I was supposed to get 3 days machinery, 20 power feed, 50 super grow, 1 xxl tool box and double ep for 24hrs.

Did not receive any of the bbs or package.

I am, I know its the techies to ensure. Will be majorly po'd however if I don't get my 300bbs etc. Its the first time I've spent money and it would not be a good experience. I mean Daamaa and co 300bbs just reiterating. Patiently waiting

I have no idea what some of that means. The recipe I bought, the sugar I bought. The lvl up and what not I have no idea what that refers to.

BP sent me an email saying that there was an error with the loyalty package. So it did not go through. Thank you for checking into that.

As far as the ep pack goes, I got the power feed, super grow, premium package and sid. Is that what the technical talk means??

Hello Venussunfire: Here are the translations as requested - in the order shown by Twisolo:

Superfutter = superfeed
Helper Field = Harvester Seeder;
Harvester = Harvester - harvests everything
LvlUp = level up
JamSugar = Sugar
Squashjam = pumpkin jam
Superdung = Supergrow


You spend 80BB on sugar and 100BB on pumpkin jam recipe; then 15BB each harvester and seeder.
