Can you buy Power food at the market? If so, under which category? Alternatively, can you buy it at the Supply shop?

Hello Griffonlady

No, you can not purchase power-feed at the market.
The only ways of obtaining power-feed is either making your own in the mill, purchasing it with BBs either from the green silo on your farm or in the supply store.
You can also get power-feed from some quests in the farmers society or if you are lucky win some on the farm-wheel.
