Clean up your farm and
shed some winter pounds
in the spring fever challenges

Spring Fever In the City:

Once you click on the Spring Event "Flea Market" in the City,
you'll be taken to the Farmer's Society building, where you'll see 2 new Quests:

"Spring Diet" & "Spring Cleaning"

To complete these quests you'll need some ladybugs (UK: ladybirds)

These will be found while you harvest your farms.
They can also be sent to your neighbours/buddies amongst your five free gifts (and if you have already sent out your 5 free gifts, you can send out extra ladybugs for 2 BB/each)
They are also available in the Supply Store, and you can also buy them directly on the Quest itself for 2 BB each (see BB option below).

For Each level there are 3 difficulties:
Silver: , Gold: and Diamond: challenges.
You must do the Silver Challenge COMPLETELY,
before doing the Gold, then the Diamond challenges.
The items that you deliver for the Silver Challenge will also count for the other jobs. You just need to 'complete' with the missing items.

Tip: Deliver all the items that you can first, then only "buy" the missing items with BBs.

Spring Diet.

Level 1:
All those Christmas treats and New Year's ham have really taken a toll on your figure. It's time to get into shape and shed those winter pounds. Do some spring work so you can look fabulous in summer. Start off by gathering lettuce to make salads.

Level 2:
A health dietary regimen is the only way to get slim and stay fit. Start off your diet by planting and harvesting fruit to make some tasty fruit smoothies. As a reward for your dedication, you'll get some extra county coins.

Level 3:
Don't be a couch potato. Get up and get to work! Grow some spuds so you can make healthy potato soups and baked potatoes to melt away the pounds.

Level 4:
Keep it up, you're doing great. Your diet's really starting to show results. don't give up now. Try making and eating different kinds of soup, such as chicken noodle soup and veggie stew. You can do it!

Level 5:
Wow, you're looking great and starting to notice a difference, but those overalls still don't quite fit like they used to. Why not try starting your day off with yogout and granola. It'll give you the energy to make it through the day and complete all your jobs. Once you've lost that final weight, you'll be given a beautiful blooming tree and sticker for your sticker album.

Spring Cleaning

Level 1:
With spring here, everything's coming to life again and you're gonna have to make some room in your barn for new harvest! Clean up and get rid of your old produce first, such as lettuce, carrots, tomatoes and berries!

Level 2:
Good Start, things are beginning to look a lot better in your barn. But there's still a lot of work to be done. Trade in some some surplus field crops and get experience points in return!

Deliver 1000 CCs worth of crops

Gold challenge (17 BB):
Deliver 1000 more CCs worth of crops, total 2000.
reward: 1000 EP, 1x Small flea-market stand.

Diamond challenge (50 BB):
Deliver 3000 more CCs worth of crops, total 5000.
reward: 1500 EP

Level 3:
Much better! But how 'bout the animals in the barn? They're starting to run out of room. Sell some animals at the flea market and clean out your barn for spring's new baby animals!
(if you go over, the extra CCs worth will count for the next challenge)

Silver challenge (9 BB):
Deliver 500 CCs worth of animals
reward 500 EP

Gold Challenge (~17 BB):
Deliver 1000 more CCs worth of animals, total 1500.
reward 1000 EP

Diamond challenge (25 BB):
Deliver 1500 more CCs worth of animals, total 3000.
reward 1500 EP, 1x Flea-Market upgrade

Level 4:
There's nothing better than spring cleaning! Keep going, search high and low in your barn. There's sure to be some more items for you to hock at the flea market!
(choose amongst the 2 tabs: Crops and animals)

Silver challenge (17 BB):
Deliver 1000 CCs worth of crops, animals.
reward: 500 EP

Gold Challenge (67 BB):
Deliver 4000 more CCs worth of crops, animals, total 5000.
reward: 1000 EP

Diamond challenge (84 BB):
Deliver 5000 more CCs worth of crops, animals, total 10000.
reward: 1500 EP, 1x Flea-Market upgrade

Level 5:
Just when you thought you'd cleaned up everything, you push some boxes aside and discover a huge pile of fruit hidden in the cornier of the barn.

Silver challenge (9 BB):
Deliver 500 CC's worth of fruits.
reward: 250 EP

Gold challenge (17 BB):
Deliver 1000 more CCs worth of fruits, total 1500.
reward: 500 EP

Diamond challenge (142 BB)
Deliver 8500 more CC's worth of fruits, total 10000.
Reward: 2000 EP, 1x Flea-Market upgrade.

The Flea Market is upgradable (3 upgrades)
Each upgrade, WHATEVER it's name in the challenges,
when placed on the base item (Level 2 - silver challenge)
will be as follows:

Small flea-market stand (4 squares):
60 EP every 10 hours

+ 1 upgrade => Flea-market stand:
80 EP every 10 hours

+ 2 upgrades => Large flea-market stand:
90 EP every 8 hours

+ 3 upgrades => Professional flea-market stand:
110 EP every 8 hours

You'll see on this animated picture, what happens if you add the 1st upgrade (on the quest) onto the 2nd upgrade:

it will upgrade to become a higher upgrade

It's the number of upgrades that count, NOT what they are called
