Could you please tell me what a herb garden does? I recieved it after completing the restaurant quest.

And some items on my farm have stopped giving me EP's so how can i move them over to my park? The only way i know how to is to delete them then place them on my farm again but these items would be deleted for ever if i do so and would not go back into my inventory so is there another way i can do this?

The herb garden is just a decoration. It is proof that you have completed all of the restaurant quests.

Unfortunately, you can't move things with limited charges. They disappear forever if deleted.

Ok thanks for the quick response! Also i have been harvesting my produce using the harvester and have noticed i don't seem to be getting any rewards like candy.....where as i usually would if i harvested them manually.....why is this???

The harvester makes no difference in candy/tool yield. Check your inventory to see what you 'harvested'.
