Thermometer!!!!!

My thermometer seems to have turned red today and I've lost a lot of my Buddies and therefore my harvest! I don't know why because apart from being away for a few days over Christmas I play ever day. Why??

This has been reported before when there has been an update. Can you please log out, clear both browser and flash caches and check you flashplayer version. The steps are in the cache link in my signature.

Hi,

I've done what I can - sorry but I'm not I.T. minded at all! Thermometer is now green, but still low, buddies have still gone but I'll get some more. Thanks.

Do try to fill up all 18 neighbour slots, so you have a few back-ups if some were to stop playing
