i need to delete someone on my buddy list

This person emailed me and I never responded. I have deleted this person at the post office more then once and cleared cookies, etc. Help please.

Please let support know that even seeing the user name upsets me. The users name is not appropriate for a family game. And I never invited this person to be on my buddy list!
