sending gifts to players they can't use yet.

Will they be able to recieve gifts sent after they reach the appropriate level? I sent a buddy a horse but he was not quite at the correct level. He is now and let me know that he has not recieved. I was charged my points for this. Can someone help me?

As for your question. If your buddy declined the gift (which I think happens automatically if they are not the correct level) then you should get your gift points back as they have not been used. If you did not get them back then you need to talk to support. You can contact them via the support button at the bottom right of your farm view next to the mole, don't forget to include your user ID. Once support have seen where your gift points went etc, you should be able to send the horse again with no problem if they are now the right level.
