Thanks everyone. I have faith it turn out for the best. I will end up with some funds in the bank and totally debt free, so that cant be all bad, can it? But I havent rented for 17 years. I hate the thought of home inspections every 6 - 8 weeks But it will be nice to totally declutter ourselves. Pariss is ok with it now. She was a little sad at first, but I think she sees the plus side of selling now. It's a shame its at a time when the market is so low, but it really doesnt matter.

@jc.. I dont really know how he only pays $7 a week, it keeps on going down, and down and down. There was a whole year he didnt pay at all. When we first split he was earning $100k a year and had to pay $800 a month, then he moved interstate to a country town with little employment prospects. Hence his income is negligible, so he pays next to nothing. But it doesnt matter. I feel comfortable knowing that she is not going without anything she needs, and thats my priority.

Gees all doom and gloom here, oops. Dont know if I will do the world cup quest this year. I've nowhere near enough stuff to chuck in hahaha. We'll see what it needs then maybe I'll do a little of it. Didnt get very far on MM this time... AGAIN!!! Only managed to get 2 fields of ghosts done and thats it. *chants* Next month... next month... next month

Hi Claire, cool I do feel better now LOL. And, um, what do you mean you will thinking of me on tuesday....??? huh?? Shouldnt you be thinking of me all the time!!J/k LOL.

Its not the dream solution, but its the realistic one. And if I want to be the responsible adult that I should be, then I need to make the hard decision. It's a shame to let go of the house, but at the end of the day, its just a house. Gosh, it might not sell for another year. Which will still mean a year of battling, but i've decided that we are definatley going on a holiday to Bali for a week when its all over. Nothing too extravagant, but it will be peaceful and restful.

*passes hot cuppa*

Hi claire! I hope your day is going well. I peruse the fan sites in Germany and surrounding areas. They get a lot of information before we do, and they tend to share everything they know even when it's incomplete. I've seen the new chicken pens and they are sooooo cute. It's rumored there are rainbow chickens, fried chickens and crazy chickens, among others.

ct *hug* I'm glad Pariss is okay with the move. Being out of debt is going to be such a wonderful feeling, and will make such a difference in your stress level. I don't have any neighbor openings right now, but I would like to take you up on your offer when I open up new neighbor slots on the tree (if you still have an opening then). I'm going to fill the new slots with LP friends.

Hi jc. *hugs* I know, huh?! I'm going to have to be very careful at first that I'm not tempted to run off and blow it all on a new tv etc LOL. I will have enough to buy a brand new car, but Pariss as asked that we keep the old one as she loves it. I'll be able to fix the dent in the side and get the engine reconditioned as its getting a teeny bit tired. Everything else is still good.

I should definatley still have a couple of neighbour slots left when you open the new neighbour slots. I'm only accepting people I know have been around a long time now. I got a random invite earlier today from someone I've never heard of.... which I declined

Well its bed time for me. I'm so tired after sorting through more paperwork. I think I'm close to being maybe a third of the way through, but at least I have everything I need for court now. I think.

*hugs* to everyone.
