The outcome was poetic justice nonetheless thanks for the attempt to reward the angry masses with something (which is better than nothing). I had feared the 890 fans I ended up donating to global was almost a complete miss (luckily it did not break my mother's bank since this is her farm lol) and the compensation which I thought might have been much less. But I agree with much of the other posters to evaluate better the next event and to please make your FAQ section a little clearer for the sake of solidarity as it was required of that final part and the sanity of some of us playing on family accounts

I have to say it is better than nothing, however the devs and tptb knew it would come down to placating the masses or end with massive upheaval. I would like to know just how many times does it take for tptb to get a grip on reality?! When I used to have my own business i would tell my hostesses to invite at least twice the amount of people they really wanted to come, usually only 1/4 of those invited showed up. it IS the same concept here. Take a lesson there BP!
The Global challenges this year have been extreme and I must say from here on if they are not alot more reasonable in future I will skip them completely.

Thank you for the trophy. I'm glad that my row of clouds can actually be used now.

Daumen runter Quests

Hi,
I started this last soccer quest and then realized that I would have to continually buy fans and groups so I stopped, now I have a bunch of peanuts that I can't do anything with. Could you possible have a quest that all of us can finish with a little effort? I don't use the chunkney and stuff (I really don't know how), but I plant and collect like it says and I still don't get a chance to finish the quest. In the beginning of this game (in 2010) I use to be able to finish or at least get close and I looked forward to the challenges, but now they're not fun anymore and it's getting harder, expensive and more complicated to complete. I'm not saying make them all easier, but you could give us a break every now and then. I know it would be appreciated. Just my 2 cents..
Thanks for the trophy. I earned it.

It's 'constructive' - the worst event ever (or near the top of the list).

I started, like many others, then gave up almost immediately when I realised it was an impossible mountain.

Having cleared my fields in anticipation, I decided to use the space to grow crops for the other quests in the Farmers' Society - paid dividends!

Why is it that more and more things must be 'bought' with BBs???

Where's the fun in that???

I just have the attitude that I will do what I want to do and if it is not fun I can go on to something else.

I do agree that the challenges take so much of our crop inventories and that is fine. I am amazed at those who are able to complete these challenges to the end. I do not have a job to go to but I do have a bit of a life and cannot spend the whole day and night in front of my computer. I have a hobby and love to stitch needlework. Then there are friends to see and talk to. Let's not forget doctor's appointments, church activities and we do have to buy groceries now and then. Oh - I almost forgot - I do need to talk to and be with my husband.

I guess what I am trying to say is couldn't the challenges be a little easier once in a while. There are many, I am sure who like things just the way they are. But couldn't the rest of us get a little bit of slack. It does feel good to complete something but lately I seem to be completing little or nothing in the game.

Before I close I do have to say that I have thoroughly enjoyed "talking" to my neighbors here who are a delight.
