ipad usage

I purchased an Ipad and have been trying to sign in on Farmerama and it won't recognixe my user name and password. I knoe I'm typing it in correctly, but cannot Login...???? Is there anything you can tell me to do differently for the Apple Ipad? Thanks

ID #40129848 Also---the new system,after I click on the water drop to water my animal, the droplet at the top of the screen stays down and I'm unable to go to the next animal without clicking the droplet off--an extra step i have to do. Is this right?

Hello Debbie1725 regarding the water best thing is to harvest manure feed then water all of them together as when used it stays down.

Regarding the Ipad do you normally sign in through farmerama?

When I set up my Ipad, I went to Bigpoint and chose the game Farmerama. I tried to login using my user name and password. It said there was no account found. Then I tried my husband's farm--Leroy 6731 with his password and they didn't recognize that either. I tried using my email and they said there was no email account registered---when I checked my email, there was a confirmation in there and a link to Login. I tried that link on the Ipad and no go??.... Still didn't recognize any info.
Sorry--I'm stumped!

As far as I know, the only way you can play farmerama on an iPad is if you have the Harvest Time app, and it's a limited version of the game.

No I don't have the app--I need to set up an account at the app store and buy the Harvest Time?? Is that correct? I'm new at this Ipad thing and apps.

I set up an account at the App store and got the Harvest Time app. I was free. Eveerthing came up--Yeah. The only fields I can access tho are the Main anf Green Meadow. I can't go to Artisan shops or Bahamarama and the other field. I can't access my friends and gift either. At least I haven't figured out how to do it anywhere. Do you know anyone who might play on an IPad at times? i'd like to consult with them. Thanks alot for your help Storeman. Greatly appreciated!!

That's all you can do on an iPad. The Harvest Time app is a very limited version of the game. If and when any improvements are made, we will post an Official Announcement.
