Sorry for the late reply, I was waiting for one of the Techs to become available.

It seems the cloud row you are referring is one that needs to be bought with BBs, and you did not buy it.

Can we help you further?

I didnt buy it, get it somehow, I cant remember when and how. But all the decorations that I put there are not in my inventory, they are missing too.

That particular row (page 4, row 1) was only possible to buy, not get during any of the events. Since you did not buy it, you couldn't have placed anything on it, either.

Are you sure you are not mixing it with another row on a different page maybe?

I was pretty sure it was that one. I think i got it on some event, really not sure.

I can assume you, that particular row was only available with purchase and not via event. I hope you manage to find your cloud row, it is lovely up there!
