Membership payment problems

Dear Sirs,
I don’t know if I post this thread in right place. I used to play Farmerama and I took 6 months membership for around 29Euros which I payed in 31.12.2011.
I don’t play Farmerama for about 2 months, and now I see on my bank account that WWW.BIGPOINT.COM HAMBURG DE 799400000 charged my account with around 29Euros for another 6 months of membership.
My question is how can you automatically charge my card without my approval and what should I do to get that money back on my account because I don't play Farmerama any more.

Greetings Gralius78,

There were some changes to Premium packages somewhere in April, if memory serves me right. Since then, all Premium memberships are automatically prolonged, unless the player cancels it 14 weeks before expiring.
