The adverts on the billboard are random, so there's no telling how often they change. However, it had been noticed that once you have purchased a certain offer, that particular one does not appear anymore. Can we help you further?

I'm pretty certain I haven't purchased it before, so a further question would be: how often do the offers cycle around?
For example, it says 'ticker 4' above the list on which offers appear on the news screen, and perhaps specific offers are on a certain ticker, which change daily (?) for each player... might this be a good guess?
