How do I get more stars?

Am at level 15 and spent my 20 stars on the tree of wisdom because it said to "start here". I now have 2 stars.

How long will it take me to be able to open up more room on my magical glade?

Or to go to bahamarama?

I am planting crops like mad. Also buying each pen and tree when available and when I have coins.

The only way to get stars is to earn them by completing quests in the Farmer's Society or during events. If you are a new player, I would concentrate on the the Restaurant Quest and maybe the first few levels of the Country Fair. You also earn stars by levelling up.

Realistically, at this low a level don't expect to be able to fully participate in all aspects of the game at this point. Focus on building your farm, your crop and animal stock in the barn, and leveling up. You will get there. It just takes patience and a little dedication.

If I keep doing the quests and turning in the animals or crops I'm having a hard time building up my stock! LOL

I was really hoping that the farm itself would actually be expandable, meaning more land on the farm I'm on. To put more things. I only have four large plots on the Magical Glade, can't do much. Thought about placing lots of trees there.

Well, I'm beginning to learn that maybe it isn't a good idea to do the orders. I did a few quests today and now I'm up to 10 stars.

On average don't expect to open bahamarama until you are around 50 on your farm. I pushed the quest when I was around level 20 and it took me until 53, I have opened two plots in the magical glade as well. I'm 4 stars away from getting a third.

I also focused on the animal quests to help with the stars.

I kept the mill going on power feed(24/7) and refilled the animal feed inbetween.

You mentioned putting trees in the magical glade. Do note they don't benefit from the free water there.

I personally put my slowest crops there and use the free water to cut down on time. I put the faster growing crops in the normal farms

actually the glade is the best place for trees and animal pens, you get more Exp for them there. especially once you start building production pens, those are best used in the glade i think. you don't have to water trees anywhere.
like others before have said, build up your stock on crops and animals, do fs quests, if you are low on cc maybe a few farmhouse orders but they normally pay a lot less than what you get in market for the same things.

That is really helpful! I am moving towards 50 (I think I am at 47) and chose to expand the Magic Glade at the expense of Bahamarama. Glad to know that I am not so far behind, even if I didn't go the island route.

Getting stars is a v-e-r-y s-l-o-w process. If you like fast action games, you should probably find another to play on the side.

Thank you for the help. I was just wondering if I should save until I had enough for bahamarama or use 35 to open the next spot in the glade. The glade it is!

I currently have four 2x2 plots. If I open up a space how many plots will I have? I can't imagine that I will only gain another four as it looks like the trees are spaced out.

I have 32 stars now so I hope I will be able to open it soon. Doing the quests is really helping. I have been using my itouch to harvest and plant over and over. Sometimes I can't sleep in the middle of the night so I get up and replant! Snoring hubby doesn't help!

I used to harvest in the middle of the night til I realized it was taking a toll on my health. I gave it up.
