thanks jazzy, I did realize she was a child, couldn't remember right off whose, but I did think it was sweet of her anyhow. She brought a smile to me with that post, please give her an extra hug and tell her thanks for me.

Hi guys! *picks out a cherry and lime Popsicle* (Jora says combing the two is super-yummy ~ I'll split these with her!) Thanks Amy! Great seeing you and your mom! (Give her a hug from me ok?)
@trish~ how are things with your family?? Do they know if their homes came through the fire ok? I didn't realize your hubby had family in CO... that will be nice when you guys move there! I went to post here on LP and wandered away to my farm, sent a few igms to you and ended up asking the same things there as here ~ oh, well, I'm sure everyone wants to know how things are with your loved ones *hug* (The more prayers the better!) Hubby's surgery went well! Last surgery he had (20 yrs ago) he was dry heaving for a day afterwards due to the anesthesia they gave him. This time they gave him something to counteract the drugs, so it was a much better first day afterwards than last time! He is currently recovering on the couch with his knee propped up. Bandages don't come off until later today or tomorrow... But he can put some weight on it already... just having to keep it iced as it's still swollen. @joyce~ I'm so sorry to hear of your cousin's passing... May God give you words of comfort for your family when you talk with them. *hugs* Glad you liked the videos! =) @ct~ hope you get to feeling better soon! *hugs* @ hi~ you asked how cap was... here part of her her last LP quote (you can click the green arrow next to her name for the rest of the post Quote:
Oh, while, I'm thinking of it... do any of my lovely neighbors here want floral wire for their gift instead of the normal?? (If no one answers, I'll be forced to igm you!... eventually!) ![]() ![]() *restocks the fridge with soda, iced lemonade, and iced tea. Sets out hot tea with honey and lemon for ct any anyone else recovering from being sick*

Good gracious - NO! Dont send wire. Its already clogging my farm.I decided against opening the florist for now as the orders are rubbish (thats a kind word), and I didnt want to impeach upon my already non existent sugar and salt drops. I thought it would be the same as if you only had one craft open, that you didnt get drop items for the other Well I was wrong, I'm gettng drops anyway. Its done so badly. My morning harvest I got 20 sugar, 8 salt and 24 wire!! What on earth are they thinking. I could rant forever. There is someone in BP land who totally has their head in the clouds.Well good morning. Hi CJ, except for a headache still, I am feeling much better. And, guess what, I am sleeping better, for now. Great news about hubby's knee. Please update us when the bandage comes off. My Dad used to have a lot of knee ops when I was a kid, and they took their toll. Better get going, ciao for now |

Howdy all,
Please continue to pray for my SIL and her family....as far as they know at the moment their house is still standing, but they haven't been home since Saturday and have no idea when and if they will be able to return home. JustAmy: Thanks for the popsicle, it's a nice way to cool off! Ct: Glad to hear that you are on the mend. CJ: I answered your question above! Well, night all, this packing and chasing two children all day is wearing me out! Tomorrow taking the day off to enjoy a day at amusement/water park....only hope that the heat doesn't force us cut our plans short. Happy farming all! Trish

hiyas~
@ cj, salt or sugar please not real impressed with floristry at the moment, am opening it but not intending to knock myself out with it. @ ct, so glad you are doing better stay warm, rested and all that i know bronchitis has a way of coming back on me and knocking me for a loop, don't want that happening to you too. @ Trish, glad to hear your family is safe... according to news here they have no idea when families will be allowed to return. hubby was told to stay home from work tonight due to yet another fire, they are shutting the interstate down due to probability of fire jumping the interstate. Govenor asked for disaster relief today due to all the fires. |

Just pooping in to say a quick hello. Having the kids out of school has me hopping all day long. No time to read/hang out online lately.
Trish ~ I hope everything turns out well for your family! We're thinking and praying for them. ct ~ I'm with you on the wire. UGH Totally unhappy about getting wire when I don't even have it open. And don't plan to unless they change what you get for making the stuff. Just not worth my paint, truffles and wool. No thank you!

Hey there pepsi. I ended up opening it just now. But not for itself, but I wanted those blimmin stars. I am so behind on those. I figured I am getting the wire, so I might as well. I'm still not impressed by the changes or the new craft at all. Have you seen what its done to the market? Prices are plummeting. Anyway.....
@joyce, thanks. I'm home from work and all rugged up in bed, but not so much from feeling sick still. I got mauled by this tiny little dog today. I can laugh about it now, but it bit my thumb pretty badly, then blow me down, it did it again a couple of mins later, same spot, but this time did the whole head shake, ratting move. Needless to say it's pretty torn up and sore. But hey, I soldiered on and finished the job with blood pouring everywhere. I might have to have a couple of glasses of wine to help numb the pain while I sleep. Now thats not a bad thing. ![]() |

wow!
sometimes little dogs have worse attitude than big ones i think. I'm sure after soldiering up you also took good care to disinfect/ clean the wound and bandage it. mmmm wine sounds good. I don't have any here tho, i do have a sample bottle of peppermint schnapps tho, maybe a shot of that would help me sleep. ( I cycle thru insomnia quite often) have this excruciating pain under my left shoulder blade I think that is what triggered insomnia this time. ugh. anyways hope the wine helps numb it up so you get some good rest. Hugs |

Oh no, have you seen a chiropractor? I need to go every fortnight to deal with the aches and pains of the job, and it does help loosen all those tight muscles that are pulling joints out of alignment. Anyway, one might help. I cycle through insomnia too, so I know how you feel. I've only got wine in the house coz my mum is visiting. I'm sure the pepp schnapps will work a treat.
Yes I did the whole first aid thing when I got home. I recommended the little darling take a trip to the vet to have his testosterone level reduced. Apparently he can be quite aggressive if he doesnt like something. But after it all, he was all cuddles and sweet. Go figure. Talk to you later *hugs* Last edited by ctindaldavies : 30.06.2012 at 23:34. |
