Catalpa Trees

Hello-I bought 3 Catalpa trees, and one XL Catalpa tree this morning. The XL tree came to me, but the other three didn't. Is there a problem? Could someone please try to obtain them for me. Thanks a Bunch!!!

Can I ask you to first be sure to have cleared your browser and flash cache after logging out and then try again if you can see them?

If they are still not showing please give your ID number and we can have a tech take a look for you. You can find your ID number below your ingame playing field on the wooden frame.
