Hi, Yesterday I purchased a premim pack (silver)..well I paid for it..but have not recieved it..whats up with that? My ID# 17143273

Greetings,

Tech can see that your premium pack started at 01:15 CET. If you click on the building with the opening gates in the city, you should see your pack details. What do you think you have not received?
