Socceritis row of clouds

Maybe I missed something. I finished the all rooms in the first part of the soccer event. But I don't see any cloud row open for that. I know that I need to finish the quest in the third part to earn the last two clouds, but since I don't even see the row, I don't want to spend a lot of time for these last two items if it won't help. Could someone check my account

Maybe take another look in the clouds as you really need to go far down the rows to find them...I think mine were on pg 9...lol...

Post back if they are still not found and I will get a tech to check
