I watched one of the Mars videos but the reward button didn't work. I tried another one and the same happened. After that it was always the Mars video whenever I tried to play a movie. So I gave up.

It's the third day I'm stuck with the Mars ad. Can the tech just remove it?

I'm afraid the tech can't do that, however the glitch has been reported to the bug squad and we all hope for a swift solution.

Anything else we might help you with today ?
