Level 4 gold is asking for 15 Ducks in 5hours. This is very unfair as it takes 1 duck 6hr24 using water.

So is this another way of saying we have to buy power feed in order to complete the quest?

As it is I have invested in more duck ponds

There is no strategy to make you do anything and that includes doing the quest.

How you choose to complete that task is up to you. Every player that decides to do the task will have their own strategy. You have already chosen to buy extra pens, presumably enough to deliver enough ducks to the task in one .
