2 Free Spins Not Received

Hello, I had 3 spins. I spun the wheel and landed on 2 Free Spins. The number of spins remaining were 2 and not 4. I took my 2 remaining spins thinking that the 2 I had just won would be added afterwards but they weren't. I logged in againg but the 2 free spins were still not credited. I would appreciate if you could look into this. Thank you!

Please keep in mind that you didn't receive a prize on the original spin (other than the 2 spins), so the first spin is really a spin again and the second is an extra spin. We have asked for the translation to be changed, but so far it hasn't happened.

Here is your farmwheel log. The number at the right of each rows is how many spins are left. Notice after you got the 2 spins, your remaining spins went up to 2 instead of staying at one, and you received 2 prizes after that. You did not miss a spin (I know it's confusing)
