Game Survey

I took the game survey, which is new today located on the right side of my screen. Is this survey just for selected players? It does not appear on my other farm. Also, Is there another way to access the survey?

Hello DBAYES apparently it comes randomly on some farms when logging in we do not know when or why as we have had no information about it at present.
