In game timers

Good day,

What do the two in game timers represent?. . . I'm unsure. As far as I know one is for the farmwheel event but I don't know what the other (white checkered flag) is for.

The other timer is for the BB sale going on right now

You will see the pop up for it or you may find it in the bank.
