machinery not working

I just brought the machinery pack and my machinery is not working i have tried refreshing and logging out and back in and its still not working

Hello emmylou19831 is there a timer under the machinery? also can you post your id so tech can check also clearing flash may be of help http://www.macromedia.com/support/do...manager07.html

there is no timer under the seeder or the droid and my id is

I had tech check your account and here is what I was told.

You had the droid yesterday, but it has expired

You have the harvester, we are showing an end time of 2012-05-20 19:05:13

Just to let you know, you do have to buy each piece of equipment separate, unless you buy the harvester pack or other specialty packs that include the farm equipment for specific times. Please do give the FAQ a read through, it may answer some of your questions, if you still can't get the machinery to work, let me know.

i brought the machinery pack yesterday for £13.00 i have the reciept from paypal for it

The techs have checked and there is no payment registered for your account for machinery or anything else.

You may have to contact Paypal and / or the Financial Support for them to check why this has not registered on your account.

You will find the link in the Bank at the bottom of the screen.
