The Cinema in the City

The UK was the first country to have a test run of the Cinema.
Later, it was opened also to Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, USA, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Columbia, Venezuela, Peru, Chile, and progressively other countries will also have the cinema.

* Where can I find the Cinema?

You'll find the Cinema in the City, it looks like this:

* What level do I have to be to access the cinema?

The cinema can be accessed from level 3+.

* Why can't I see the Cinema?

If you can't see the cinema, but an empty space, this could be for 2 reasons:

1. Your geoID does not correspond to a country which has the Cinema
2. Most 3rd party log-in players can not see the cinema

* What is the point of having a Cinema?

The Cinema is a sort of Cash for Action with our Partner: SponsorPay. It has the advantage of working within the game itself, rather than watching them out of the game (through Cash for Action)

* What sort of rewards are there to watch movies?

Watching a movie can give you 3 types of rewards:

• 1 BB
• 10 CC x Your Level
• 10 EP x Your Level

* How can I watch a movie?

To watch a movie, you'll need to have a Cinema Ticket.
If you have less than 3 tickets, the system will top them up to 3 every day.
If you have more than 3 you won't get more free tickets.

* How many movies can I watch every day?

You can watch up to 3 videos per day.

* How do I choose the type of reward that I want?

When you've clicked on the Cinema, you'll see this pop-up:

* How do I claim my reward?

Firstly you need to open the movie, this can take a few seconds depending on your internet connexion (and other factors: Flash version, etc).

Then, you must absolutely watch the movie until the end.

At the end of the movie, you'll see a screen like this, where you'll need to click on the green button at the bottom-right of the screen "Claim your reward":

Once you've clicked on this button, ...WAIT... until the words on the button change to "Success"

* Why are there so few videos available?

At this moment, and depending on your country or language, it is possible that there are very few, or even no videos at all.
In this case, you'll see this pop-up (that can also take a certain time to pop up):

The reason for this is that our Partners SponsorPay has a limited amount of movies available for viewing.
