i just dont get it you need 100 peppers that are red in Langos recipe but i cannot find that in faq what is that red peppers

You get red peppers on the Island - level 17 (all peppers are grown on the island).

O MAN i am only in level 14 in bahama and what level i can by it in market

When you can grow a crop, that is the level you need to be to purchase it in the market as well.
For Red Peppers that would be level 17.
