Loot Shoot payout

I just played loot shoot (used 6 tickets) and got 5 keys in a row. My payout was 1 chip. According to the chart (and past playing) I should have received 100 chips. I believe this has happened to me more then once but in this instance I am sure. Please help.

Hello Sweete215 did it say you received 1 chip or was that the one that came up out of the chest as that would mean the end of the game. I will ask a tech to check when I am able to get in touch with one

Not the chip from the chest. After that game was over it said I received 1 chip. Thank you for having the Techs check it is most appreciated.
