Loyalty Bonus Pack

I finally broke down and bought the 3300 BBs bonus pack. It shows farm machinery for 1 week as part of the pack but I got no farm machinery. Can you find out what happened? As far as I can tell all the other bonuses are active. Thank you. I also did a payment contact inquiry but I found no place to inquire on the Loyalty Bonus Packs or to explain what part was missing from the order.
