From Level 14,
you'll see a new place in the city:
The Airport!

Go check out the airport! You will find it in the city, next to the giant gift box. Here's also where you'll find the plane that takes you directly to the island, as soon as you have your pilot's license.

Inside the airport, you can check your current amount of flight miles, buy flight miles and use them for buying flying lessons or hiring the crop fertilizing plane.

Remember, that if you use the flight miles for something other than the flight lessons, it takes longer to reach Bahamarama

You can see yourself taking your flying lessons over your farm.

Each Flying lesson lasts 1 hour, and uses up 200 AirMiles. A countdown timer will show you how long you've been flying.

You can also buy flight miles. If you do, you might want to use them immediately (a pop-up will ask you). If you use them immediately, then you don’t have to wait 60 minutes for a flight lesson to end. Even if you have all the necessary flight miles collected, the training can take awhile!

You have two possible ways to buy AirMiles:
either "Get more AirMiles" : the 125 AirMiles go onto your stock of Airmiles,
or "Buy Flight Hours now": you can immediately transform 100 into a flying lesson (without having to wait) and the 25 left will add to your account of AirMiles.

Once you reach level 14, you get 500 Palmpennies (the virtual currency in Bahamarama).

You can use Palmpennies to buy seeds and more. Check out all the buildings, it will be easy. If you lose all your money and seeds, you can buy the Bahamarama seeds in the market back in the town if someone is offering them.

1. Tiki Shop (buy seeds, trees, animals, etc.); 2. Suzy's plane to fly back to the City; 3. Silo (buy Power-Feed and Super-Grow here); 4. Tropical water-tank 5.Tiki-Barn (keep an eye on your inventory) 6.Tiki-Bar (receive orders that you can accept or decline) 7. Tiki-Mill (make food for your tropical animals) 8. Manure pile (the same as your island pile)
9. Tropical Helpers (Harvester - Seeder - Farm Droid)

Life on the island is quite different than on the mainland.
The currency is different.
Seeds can only be bought at the Tiki-Shop, in 10-seed packs. You can not replant your harvested crops.
The climat is different, causing weeds to appear after just 9 hours.

Frequently asked questions about Bahamarama:


Q: When Can I access Bahamarama?
A: You will be able to reach the island as soon as you have transformed 4000 AirMiles into 20 Flying Lessons.

Q: When do I start receiving airmiles?
A: AirMiles are visible at the airport starting at level 14.
From level 14 you will receive '1x yourLevel' of AirMiles. If you save them up, you will have reached at least 4000 AirMiles when you get to level 65.

Q: How many airmiles can I trade in at once?
A: AirMiles can be traded in in increments of 200. Each time you trade in airmiles, it will take 60 mins for the lesson to complete and the airmiles to show as traded.

Q: Is there a way to complete the flight lessons faster?
A: You can purchase airmiles with BB. This is done at a rate of 125 miles for 25 BB.
100 AirMiles will be traded in immediately for a flying lesson, and not subject to the 60 min flight lesson time (and 25 will get added to your stock of AirMiles).

There are 2 buttons for purchasing air miles:



The top button (number 1 on picture above), says "Get More AirMiles".
If you purchase AirMiles there, you will receive a pop-up (see post #1) that asks you: "Do you want to purchase 125 Air Miles?".
A second pop-up will ask you if you wish to donate 100 airmiles to your "AirMiles travelled" total.
- If you click yes: 100 Air Miles will be AUTOMATICALLY be credited to your "AirMiles travelled" and 25 to "Your Airmiles"
- If you click no: all your 125 Air Miles are credited to "Your Airmiles" for use in crop dusting (Suzy's propellor) or sending messages to other farmers (Suzy's plane).

The second button is located on the fold-out Bahamarama map. It says "Buy Flight Hours now".
Here, you will not get a 2nd popup when you click to purchase AirMiles.
100 are AUTOMATICALLY be credited to your "AirMiles Travelled" (on the map), and 25 will go to "Your AirMiles".



Q: What is Wilson?
A: Wilson is a special gift that you can send to neighbors and buddies. He awards 20 EP every 8 hours when harvested and has a limited 15 charges. If you delete Wilson, he will be gone forever.


Q: How does Suzy spraying your fields work?
A: Once you hire Suzy to spray a field (this will cost you 3 AirMiles per field/tree), which is done by selecting the plot and clicking on the propeller symbol, you will receive an award when you harvest the plot. You will receive additional crop yields (+2 crops per acre, +2 fruits on trees) as well as extra 50% EP. Fields sprayed by Suzy will have a glitter/shimmer effect on them.



Q: Which crops, animals and trees are available?
Please note that weeds grow faster on the island than on the mainland - they only take 9 hours from harvest.

Production Pens are now Stand-Alone items.
They just need an empty space to be placed on.

Selling items on the Tropical Island of Bahamarama seems to be confusing for many players.
This is because the currency is different.

• 1 Palm Penny (local shell money) = 10 Country Coins (mainland farm money)

and also because of the confusion in the selling process:

• you sell in Shell Money value (one tenth of price at market)
• buyers SEE and BUY with their Country Coins
• You, as the seller, get credited with local Shell Money

If you want to sell some GRAPES:

check current prices at the market, by clicking on "Product Overview":

click on Grapes, notice prices on page 1
(these may vary quite rapidly, so this is just an example of the day the pictures were taken )

Go back to overview, and click on "Make Offer" to see how many Grapes you have in stock:

click on Grapes.

This is where it gets tricky:
On the "Select an amount to sell" prices are shown in local Shell Money!!!
The "recommended selling price" for Grapes is 2.25 Shell Money (= 22.5 Country Coins)

So...
modify the price to meet prices on page 1:
4,40 Country Coins THEREFORE 0,44 Shell Money!!!

choose the amount of Grapes you wish to sell, then click "Offer"

Accept the 10% market fee (paid in Island Shell Money):

And quickly check if your item is still for sale on "Overview" or "Your Market Stand"
(some items sell so fast, you don't even get to see them listed... )

As you can see, my selling price of 0,44 Shell Money has been AUTOMATICALLY transformed into Country Coins, for Mainland Farmers to purchase them!

When they are bought, you will get credited with Island Shell Money!
