I bought barnyard bill subscrition but not getting and credit of bb's why? under my account shows premium as canceled why? Tried emailing but wont let me send so thats why I posted here the only place I can get response sorry. :( User: kurnig ID: 17060636

There should be a support link in the bank that you can click on to send your problem to support, if that ne is not letting you, there is a link at the bottom of your farm screen that will also let you send a ticket in to support. We have no access to financial info, so cannot help you from here. Be sure to put in all relevent info into your ticket.
