Miss moo takes a seat (missing?)

Hi, I did the silver challenge of level 7 for the new year's event and did not get the "Miss moo takes a seat" upgrade. I have refreshed the page a few times and it i still can't find the upgrade in my inventory and my current "Festively decorated table" hasn't changed either. Could u check on this, it may be a bug. My ID is 16230280.

The techs have found the upgrade which you received - is in your inventory - decorative tab.


Also, you have the base unit, with upgrade 1 and 2 already merged are on your park.
