eating of artisan products

I received some bakery goods from my neighbours and have been trying to use them for the longest while, why am I unable to do so? I went to my pantry and they show up but the artisan and spoon and fork symbols remain blacked out.

The techs have checked your account and they assure us that you can either eat or sell the bakery products in your pantry. There is no block on these and they show as normal.



You may need to refresh, log out, clear cache and log back in again.



Let us know if you can now use them as above.

Okay I am able to do so now, I am unable however to use the artisan option though, is that because they are bakery items?? If yes then you may close after answering.

If you're going to eat products from another trade than you got open you will have to access it from your barn (clicking on the rodent)

It does answer my question thank you, but it does not allow me to use it to upgrade. I can eat it but not use it to upgrade.

You can not use a product from another trade to upgrade only eat. You can only upgrade the items that belong to the trade you wish to upgrade.
