Two questions

I'm wondering how you can get a bat's roost, because no quest gives it to you as a prize (at least no quest that I know of) and you can buy it from the carpenter. Also, I'm wondering how you can get a chestnut tree since you can't buy one or achieve it through a quest either. Would someone please help me with this? It'd be much appreciated.

The chestnut tree is only available on the wheel at this time.
